Mr. Ukai is the Managing Director of AZMA & Associates Singapore and a specialist in the Asset Management and Alternative Investment Management market. He is responsible for all front, middle and back office positions in the Asia Pacific and Tokyo regions. He has been in the Executive Search industry for 15 years which focusses on Asset Management.

Prior to AZMA & Associates, he was a Managing Director, Head of APAC Financial Service Practice of a Singapore-based Search Firm. Before that he was a Consultant in the Asset Management Division of another Global Search Firm. His first Executive Search career was at Heidrick & Struggles Tokyo, where he worked as an Executive Recruiter in all aspects of finance, including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Global Markets (Fixed income and Equities), Private Equity and Real Estate.

Mr. Ukai received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Central Queensland University (Australia)
