Mr. Masuya is a Consultant of AZMA & Associates Tokyo office. He has extensive placement experience in front, middle and back office divisions, including management level, mainly with Japanese Asset Management, Securities Firms, Investment Banking, Banks and Trust Banks.

Prior to joining AZMA & Associates in 2023, he worked at Exe Trust for 18 years from 2004 to 2022 in various professional search assignments for Financial Services. Before that, he worked at Jardine Fleming Securities (J.P. Morgan Securities), where he was Head of Institutional and Corporate Sales for Japanese Equity. He began his career at Daiwa Securities.

Mr. Masuya received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Kansai University
