Nakajima is responsible for corporate functions at AZMA & Associates’ Tokyo office, with a focus on HR, Marketing, and Digital Transformation (DX). She oversees the planning and implementation of internal initiatives across these areas.

Prior to joining AZMA & Associates in 2025, she worked in Race Group a major Japanese Executive Search firm for ten years responsible for operational manager and managed researchers. She has a career of over 10 years in the recruitment industry.

Ms. Nakajima received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Dokkyo University.
