Prior to joining AZMA & Associates in 2025, she worked in Race Group a major Japanese Executive Search firm for ten years responsible for operational manager and managed researchers. She has a career of over 10 years in the recruitment industry.

Ms. Nakajima received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Dokkyo University.
