Yuko Shirazawa is a Researcher at AZMA & Associates’ Tokyo office with over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry. She has worked on numerous C-suite and director-level assignments across a wide range of industries, including Industrial, Technology, Consumer, Life Sciences, Consulting Firms, and Private Equity portfolio companies, serving both Japanese and multinational clients..

Prior to joining AZMA & Associates in 2025, she accumulated 13 years of experience at Japanese executive search firms, including Jomon Associates, Recruit Executive Agent, and KIZASHI Corporation, and 9 years at leading global firms Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was engaged in both research and consulting for senior leadership roles.

Before transitioning into the executive search industry in 2002, she gained experience in the publishing and media industry after graduating from junior college.
