Mr. Maekawa is a Consultant of AZMA & Associates Tokyo office. He is responsible for Executive and Management searches (front, middle, and back-office positions) primarily for Startups and Mega-Venture companies.

Prior to joining AZMA & Associates, he worked at a Boutique Executive Search firm, where he specialized in the same areas. Before that, he joined Open House as a new graduate and worked as a playing manager, engaging in individual residential sales as well as team management.

Mr. Maekawa received his Bachelor’s Degree in School of Commerce at Kwansei Gakuin University.
