Mr. Yamashita is a Consultant at the Tokyo office of AZMA & Associates. He is primarily responsible for a wide range of mandates in the asset management and securities firm sectors.

Prior to joining AZMA & Associates in 2026, he began his career at a Japanese recruitment firm, where he was engaged in corporate sales and new business development for corporate clients. He later transferred to the search division, focusing on executive search assignments primarily for small and mid-sized domestic clients. As a playing manager, he not only conducted candidate outreach himself but also managed team members and oversaw researcher resource management.

Mr. Yamashita received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Department of Comprehensive Policy Studies) from Toyo University.
